I know I say this about many of my creations, but I really adore these little Scribble Trees :-)
I love their tousled heads, I love how expressive they are, how human-like in their interactions, how easily they flow out of my hand, how simple and humble they look.
Looking at this design, I get a feeling of calm, of family love and kinship, a sense of what is really important in life.
I drew each tree with playfulness and love in my heart. Then I scanned, cleaned up and edited them digitally to form this strip design. You can read more about it, and watch a process video, in this blog post
