Bite-size tip: Original thought

An original thought is when your brain does 1+1 and arrives at a conclusion.
We have those nano-second original thoughts all the time, but due to all the distractions we have around, we usually don’t notice them happening.
When you’re in the bath, or taking a walk, when your mind is clear of distractions, you are able to “hear” your original thoughts and pay attention to them. Eureka!
