Copperplate is a lovely, focused, meticulous form of calligraphy script writing, with beautiful flourishing and rhythm in the text. It focuses on the appearance, on drawing the letters attentively, carefully. I started practicing Copperplate (Also called Engraver’s script or Engrosser’s script) and thought I’d share what I learned in the first 10 days of learning.
I write with a dip pen and ink, using a straight holder, as I’m left-handed.
